Classic creamy mac and cheese
Ingredients
- 400g macaroni
- 3 cups cheddar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cook macaroni
- Make roux with butter and flour
- Add milk
- Stir in cheese
- Mix pasta
- Top with breadcrumbs
- Bake 350°F for 25 min
