Ingredients

• 500g white fish fillets
• 8 corn tortillas
• 2 cups shredded cabbage
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp cumin
• Cilantro
• Hot sauce

Instructions

1. Season fish with cumin, salt, and pepper
2. Pan-fry or grill fish until cooked
3. Mix cabbage with mayo, lime juice, and cilantro
4. Warm tortillas
5. Flake fish onto tortillas
6. Top with cabbage slaw
7. Serve with hot sauce and lime wedges
