Ingredients

• 500g ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 onion, sliced
• Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper
2. Form into oval patties
3. Brown patties in pan, set aside
4. Sauté onions and mushrooms
5. Sprinkle with flour, add beef broth
6. Return patties to pan, simmer 15 minutes
7. Serve with mashed potatoes
