Ingredients

• 500g chicken breast, sliced
• 2 bell peppers, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Tortillas
• Toppings: sour cream, guacamole, cheese

Instructions

1. Slice chicken, peppers, and onions
2. Toss chicken with fajita seasoning
3. Heat oil in large skillet
4. Cook chicken until done, set aside
5. Sauté peppers and onions until tender
6. Return chicken to pan, toss together
7. Serve in warm tortillas with toppings
