Chocolate Cake
Rich and moist chocolate layer cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1/2 cup oil
- Chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix dry ingredients
- Beat eggs, buttermilk, coffee, and oil
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Pour into greased pans
- Bake 30-35 minutes
- Cool completely before frosting
